Ben believes in the quote "if exercise was discovered today, it would be considered a miracle drug". Being active is truly the one thing that benefits all areas your life!
During his career he has worked with clients ranging from those living with diabetes or heart disease to those living post-stroke or with an acquired brain injury to general health and weight loss. Ben finds it especially rewarding to use physical activity to improve the quality of life for his clients.
He keeps active by lifting weights and by being in nature be it by running, hiking or snowshoeing. He is always looking for the next challenge and to date, he has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, race hiked 100km in 33 hours, climbed the CN Tower in 15:56 and completed his second half marathon in 1:52:00. Although he tries to live a healthy lifestyle, he has a soft spot for chips and can sometimes be found finishing a few bags to himself!
