My passion in life is helping clients find balance in their lives – nutritionally, physically and emotionally. I believe that no two people are alike and that there is no one prescription for living a healthy lifestyle that will work for everyone. As a Registered Dietitian, my goal is to help clients meet their nutritional requirements and develop a healthy relationship with food. As a HAES practitioner, I support Health at Every Size and believe that health comes in many shapes and sizes.
In my spare time I love to experiment with food and enjoy the outdoors. Cooking has always been a passion of mine. Whether it is making simple traditional Newfoundland meals or experimenting with recipes to create gluten, dairy or shellfish free alternatives. As a trainer, yoga instructor and outdoor enthusiast, I am excited to explore the all that Ottawa has to offer for kayaking, cycling, hiking, snowshoeing and yoga.
