Keely has worked with a wide range of clients including those recovering from cardiac events to children with various mental illnesses looking for fun ways to be active. She also works as a mental performance consultant with multiple competitive dancers looking to enhance their performance and achieve their goals. Alongside her human kinetics involvement, Keely works as a researcher at the Ottawa Hospital, currently working on a project that involves exercise program implementation for patients undergoing cancer removal surgical procedures.
Keely was trained in dance for over 21 years. She competed at both regional and national dance competitions and was captain of the University of Toronto dance team during her schooling. Currently, she keeps active by playing sports such as volleyball, soccer, and tennis, and has a strong passion for yoga. She also loves doing activities outdoors including skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, and kayaking.
