If you're reading this, I have something to say to you. 

 

You are not broken - and I know, deeply, what it means to feel like you are. I guarantee that you've tried really, really hard to feel and think differently - and that it hasn't worked. What I'm offering is a place to do something radically different with the stuff you've long struggled with - and what might be a way out.

I do this using an approach described as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), part of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) tradition.  I've worked with hundreds of clients in primary health care, family services, and anti-poverty organizations. I can honestly say I love what I do, and care deeply about the people with whom I do it. 

What I offer is twofold: firstly, how to deal with painful thoughts and feelings in a new and different way, and secondly, how to move ahead towards what you actually want your life to mean, and what you want to do with your life.

I am also super bald.
